Shipping Policy - Service Restrictions
There are restrictions to certain services outlined below.

1. Battery fitting service

1.1 This service is priced at £8.33 exc. VAT.
1.2 This service covers most vehicles provided the battery is easily accessible.
1.3 Service provided in our workshop only.
1.4 If not, there will be a surcharge of £20.83 exc. VAT.
1.4 This service does not cover motorcycles or boats.

2. Refrigeration disposal service

2.1 A flat fee of £83.33 exc. VAT will be charged for the safe disposal of your old refrigerator.

3. Delivery to UK Mainland customers

3.1 This service applies to the following postcodes and is charged at the appropriate rate. AL, B, BA, BB, BD, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CA, CB, CF, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DD, DE, DG, DH, DL, DN, DT, DY, E, EC, EH, EN, FK, FY, G, GL, GU, HA, HD, HG, HP, HR, HU, HX, IG, IP, KT, KY, L, LA, LD, LE, LL, LN, LS, LU, M, ME, MK, ML, N, NE, NG, NN, NP, NR, NW, OL, OX, PE, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, S, SA, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SW, SY, TA, TD, TF, TN, TQ, TS, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV and YO.

4. Delivery to Northern Ireland

4.1 In accordance with the UK Internal Market Scheme, all deliveries to Northern Ireland must be dispatched with a completed Declaration Form by the recipient, confirming whether the goods are to remain within the United Kingdom and are therefore “Not as Risk”. 5. Next working day delivery

5.1 We must receive your order before 2:30pm to qualify for next working day delivery.
5.2 This service depends on stock availability.
5.3 This service only applies to Mainland UK addresses with the following postcodes. AL, B, BA, BB, BD, BH, BL, BN, BR, BS, CA, CB, CF, CH, CM, CO, CR, CT, CV, CW, DA, DD, DE, DG, DH, DL, DN, DT, DY, E, EC, EH, EN, EX, FK, FY, G, GL, GU, HA, HD, HG, HP, HR, HU, HX, IG, IP, KT, KY, L, LA, LD, LE, LL, LN, LS, LU, M, ME, MK, ML, N, NE, NG, NN, NP, NR, NW, OL, OX, PE, PL, PO, PR, RG, RH, RM, S, SA, SE, SG, SK, SL, SM, SN, SO, SP, SR, SS, ST, SW, SY, TA, TD, TF, TN, TQ, TR, TS, TW, UB, W, WA, WC, WD, WF, WN, WR, WS, WV and YO.

6. Palletised Delivery.

6.1. Please be advised that any individual item that falls over a total volumetric weight of 30kg will require a palletised delivery method.  This will need to be purchased at the checkout process.  Please be aware that any items that require palletised delivery but have not been purchased with palletised delivery will be unable to be shipped until delivery has been purchased.

7. Worldwide Delivery

7.1 Worldwide delivery is available on a quotation basis.

8. Trade Order Processing

8.1 All orders placed will be confirmed as accepted via an Order Confirmation email.
8.2 All confirmed orders have a grace period of 24 hours from submission of the Order Confirmation. No charges will be raised if the order is received in this time.
8.3 Any cancellation requested outside of the 24 hour grace period will be liable for a restocking fee of 10% of the order value, along with the value of any stock recovery costs if the goods have been dispatched.
